چکیده
In this paper, by using the baseband noise cancellation, a CMOS mixer-first analog receiver with power reduction is proposed. Based on current-mirror transimpedance amplifier structure, positive capacitive feedback applied to manipulate poles/zeros location, enabling wide bandwidth and out-of-band second-order filtering profile. The additional radio frequency N-path 40dB/dec roll-off absorb interferences. presented frontend fabricated in standard 65 nm process. Measured results demonstrate minimal figure of 2.2 dB, an average voltage gain 32.2 dB across 220 MHz intermediate range. in-band third-order input intercept point manifests -12.8 dBm 15.5 respectively. circuit draws ~32 mW at typical 1 GHz local oscillator stimulus.

This paper describes a CMOS analog baseband circuits for directconversion receiver of5GHz IEEE 802.11a. The analog baseband consists of I/Q signal paths which have channel selection filter, programmable gain amplifier (PGA). An active-RC channel selection filter for WLAN is described whose cut-off frequency is tunable from 6MHz to 20MHz. For high linearity, the PGA is constructed with op-amp an...
متن کامل24.6 Noise Cancelling in Wideband CMOS LNAs
Wideband low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) are used in receivers processing several signal channels such as TV cable modem, multiband mobile terminals and base stations. High sensitivity applications require sufficient gain, good isolation and a noise figure (NF=10·log10(F)) below 3dB over a wide frequency range. Moreover, source impedance matching (i.e. ZIN=RS) is usually wanted to limit reflections...
