This paper describes a collaboration organized around exchanging data between two technological systems to support teachers’ instructional decision-making. The goals of the among researchers, technology developers, and practitioners were not only decision-making but also document challenges opportunities associated with bringing together from instruction- assessment-focused technologies. approach described in this illustrates potential importance anchoring products that combine needs teachers as well aligning content students learn are assessed on systems. increasing presence standards has made sharing complex increasingly more feasible. example demonstrates role non-technical activities can play supporting exchange use learner event data.
