A diversified AHP-tree approach for multiple-criteria supplier selection

A decision maker usually holds various viewpoints regarding the priorities of criteria, which complicates making process. To overcome this concern, in study, a diversified AHP-tree approach was proposed. In proposed approach, judgement matrix is decomposed into several subjudgement matrices, are more consistent than original and represent diverse on relative criteria. Thus, nonlinear programming model established optimized, for genetic algorithm designed. assess effectiveness it applied to supplier selection problem. The experimental results showed that application enabled multiple suppliers from single matrix. Furthermore, all selected using were somewhat ideal.
