A Framework to Assist in Didactic Planning at Undergraduate Level

In the teaching-learning process under competency-based educational model, instructor is a facilitator and seeks to generate flexible adaptable environment for student learning. One of first tasks structuring didactic planning. Didactic planning includes strategies teaching learning, evidence gathering, choice evaluation instruments. this paper, we propose framework based on natural language processing techniques with support an ontology grounded in experience instructors university level course plans information systems area. We employ Bloom’s taxonomy design, producing ascending structure planning, which allows learn gradually. The developed can analyze key elements that plan must contain identify inter-related areas. Evaluation results Cohen’s kappa coefficient between expert judgement our show possible assist their Out nine processes analyzed framework, almost perfect was achieved five processes, substantial three moderate one process.
