A GA-Based Scheduling Method for Civil Aircraft Distributed Production with Material Inventory Replenishment Consideration

The production of civil aircrafts is confronted with a significant demand for the interconnectivity resources among distributed factories, while complex coupling relationships various might restrict improvement efficiency. Therefore, researching scheduling methods aircraft necessary, but previous studies have not taken material inventory into account sufficiently. This article proposes method that aims to minimize time complete all jobs in large station under condition replenishment. Firstly, we analyze factors constraining efficiency, and formulize problem Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem model Inventory Replenishment (RCPSP-IR). Precedence constraints resource constraints, especially are mainly considered RCPSP-IR. To solve corresponding problem, Genetic Algorithm (GA) applied multiple approaches introduced handle avoid local optimum. Finally, proposed case study jet twin-engine COMAC. results show can give nearly optimal strategy be actual production.
