چکیده
This paper introduces the design of a high-gain wideband microstrip patch antenna for sub-6 GHz 5G communication. The proposed integrates novel defected ground structure (DGS) achieving wide bandwidth. plane uses triangular strip inserted into to improve performance antenna. It also reflective plate concentrate side lobes and minimise production back lobe, thereby boosting main lobe radiated signal thus increasing gain FR-4 epoxy substrate with an inset feed technique in its design. simulation optimisation were carried out CST Microwave Studio Suite. is compact dimension 28:03 23:455:35mm3 maximum directivity 6.21 dB 7.56 respectively, radiation efficiency about 80%. operates from 4.921 5.784 GHz, which covers 4.9 GHz-5.8 communications spectrum. Fabricated measured result confirm simulated results.

Dual Sub-6 GHz -- Millimeter Wave Beamforming and Communications to Achieve Low Latency and High Energy Efficiency in 5G Systems
We propose a hybrid RF/millimeter wave (mmWave) architecture for 5G cellular systems. Communication in the mmWave band faces significant challenges due to variable channels, intermittent connectivity, and high energy usage. Moreover, speeds for electronic processing of data is of the same order as typical rates for mmWave interface. Therefore, the use of complex algorithms for tracking channel ...
