Primary empty sella (PES) syndrome is a rare and benign condition usually with no symptoms, and, often revealed incidentally. But at times the manifests wide variable range of ocular endocrine features. Central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) in itself cause blindness, its presence context primary even rarer. In this article, authors report case hypertensive man his late thirties presenting to medicine inpatient headache blindness left eye. Investigations came up diagnosis PES CRVO macular edema.
