A Method for Identifying Channeling Paths in Low-Permeability Fractured Reservoirs

چکیده

Often oilfield fractured horizontal wells produce water flowing in multiple directions. In this study, a method to identify such channeling paths is developed. The dual-medium model based on the principle of inter-well connectivity and considers flow characteristics related terms. Lorentz curve drawn qualitatively discern geological type low-permeability reservoir determine direction size. practical application an approach sample shows that it can accurately considered predict production performances according model. As result, early detection becomes possible, paving way real-time system optimization reservoirs.
