Abstract Remanufacturing is a crucial component for our societies to move toward circular economy. Compared with new manufacturing, the distinctive nature of remanufacturing found have high variability, uncertainty and, thereby, complexity. Therefore, remanufacturers need be able adapt complexity and flexibly adjust their processes. Especially, ability process planning control important. However, few practical methods supporting that are available so far. this paper aims propose method designing teams processes in based on concept loosely coupled systems. In proposed method, design structure matrix (DSM) applied identify sub-systems enable localize impacts changes within themselves.
