High-efficiency video coding (HEVC) encryption has been proposed to encrypt syntax elements for the purpose of encryption. To achieve high security, best our knowledge, almost all existing HEVC algorithms mainly whole video, such that user without permissions cannot obtain any viewable information. However, these meet needs customers who need part information but not full in video. In many cases, as professional paid videos or meetings, users would like observe some visible encrypted original satisfy their requirements daily life. Aiming at this demand, paper proposes a multi-level scheme is composed lightweight encryption, medium and heavyweight where each level can different amount visual First, we employ AES–CTR generate pseudo-random number sequence. Then, main H.265/HEVC encoding process are by pseudorandom level, element luma intraprediction model chosen discrete cosine transform (DCT) coefficient sign employed scrambling both DCT simultaneously It found encrypting (IPM) performance distorted which there still residual information, while them implement intensity one gain The experimental results expectations appropriately, indicating level. Meanwhile, flexibly choose according various requirements.
