A Multi-Strategy Improved Sparrow Search Algorithm for Solving the Node Localization Problem in Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks

Aiming at the problems of slow convergence and low accuracy traditional sparrow search algorithm (SSA), a multi-strategy improved (ISSA) was proposed. Firstly, golden sine introduced in location update producers to improve global optimization capability SSA. Secondly, idea individual optimality particle swarm into position investigators speed. At same time, Gaussian disturbance optimal prevent from falling local optimum. Then, performance ISSA evaluated on 23 benchmark functions, results indicate that has better ability faster convergence. Finally, used for node localization HWSNs, experimental show with smaller average error than other meta-heuristic algorithms.
