A New Distributed Robust Power Control for Two-Layer Cooperative Communication Networks in Smart Grids with Reduced Utility Costs

The packet loss during transmission of load control commands can lead to regulation errors in the smart grid and increase cost utility agencies due purchase additional automatic generation (AGC) services. In this paper, a two-layer cooperative communication network between company relays is presented. rents relay assist with downlink improve reliability reduce data loss. Furthermore, uncertainty channel gain considered, two-tier game model established. A distributed robust power algorithm based on continuous convex approximation method proposed obtain optimal allocation price. Through simulation analysis scheme two comparison schemes, was reduced by 6% 21%, standard deviation income value 40% 48%, respectively.
