A new variational discretization technique for initial value problems bypassing governing equations

چکیده

Motivated by the fact that both classical and quantum description of nature rest on causality a variational principle, we develop novel highly versatile discretization prescription for initial value problems (IVPs). It is based an optimization (action) functional with doubled degrees freedom, which discretized using single regularized summation-by-parts (SBP) operator. Formulated as task it allows us to obtain trajectories without need derive equation motion. The regularization in this context inspired weak imposition data, often deployed modern treatment IVPs implemented affine coordinates. We demonstrate numerically stability, accuracy convergence properties our approach systems equations motion featuring first second order derivatives time. onvergence

We are concerned with the development of a K−step method for the numerical solution of fuzzy initial value problems. Convergence and stability of the method are also proved in detail. Moreover, a specific method of order 4 is found. The numerical results show that the proposed fourth order method is efficient for solving fuzzy differential equations.
