A New Wind Turbine Power Performance Assessment Approach: SCADA to Power Model Based with Regression-Kriging

Assessment of the wind turbine output power (WTG OP) during operation and maintenance is one key indicators quality evaluation. It often carried out in form speed-power curve. This only considers speed, it usually measured according to relevant IEC standards, e.g., 61400-12, which has problems such as long measurement duration harsh conditions. study proposes a WTG OP assessment method based on SCADA data by using regression-kriging algorithm. The influences shear, turbulence intensity, air density were analyzed. Two models built (i.e., SCADA2power model) resource parameters from met mast wind2power model).
