A novel dry granule preparation technology and comparison of granule properties with conventional wet system for ceramic tiles production

چکیده

The ceramic tile manufacturing process uses a lot of energy, mainly thermal and to lesser extent electric energy. Total energy costs account for between 50% 55% average direct costs. Fossil fuel combustion, such as natural gas produces carbon dioxide emission. Therefore, consumption emissions issues are vitally important both environmental effects in manufacturing. wet granule production systems including grinding spray drying is widely used the granules. Although there high water evaporation dryer, it ensures produce quality many years. In this study, properties were introduced novel dry system. successful application granulation system, conformity produced granules particle size distribution, bulk density, flow properties, moisture pressing process. This paper includes comparative studies dryer new preparation full results industrial trials with these cost comparison was also made same raw material usage. reduced respectively from 46 15 m3/ton 540 95 liters/ton system while electricity maintenance remain almost systems.

Bacterial Production of Dense Granule Antigen GRA8 of Toxoplasma gondii

Background: Dense granule antigens (GRA antigens) of Toxoplasma gondii induce strong antibody response in humans and are considered as useful diagnostic antigens. Previous studies reported expression of amino terminal GRA8 protein in fusion with large tags such as glutathione-S-transferase. The present study aimed to produce soluble full length immunogenic GRA8 in bacteria. Methods: GRA8 comple...

Evaluation of binders in the preparation of medicinal carbon tablets by wet granule compression.

Medicinal carbon (MC) tablets were prepared to obtain an oral dosage form that can be easily taken. The MC tablets were made by the wet granule compression method, in which hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC), carboxymethyl cellulose sodium (CMC-Na) and maltitol (MT) were applied as binders. Brilliant Blue FCF (BB) was used as a model drug. The binders were evaluated in terms of formability of the gr...
