A Review of Key Technologies for Friction Nonlinearity in an Electro-Hydraulic Servo System

In a high-precision servo system, the nonlinear friction link is key factor affecting system performance. Reasonable solving of in systems has become focus current research. This paper summarizes nonlinearity that affects control performance systems. First, characteristics are summarized, and advantages disadvantages typical models recent years analyzed. Subsequently, existing model parameter identification methods introduced evaluated. On this basis, development level strategy analyzed from three aspects: model-based control, model-free compound control. Finally, objective technology future direction selection reference for comprehensively discussed.
