چکیده

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are membrane enclosed (<1 µm), such as exosomes (30-150 nm), involved in cell communication, which have important biological implications. In this study, EV preparations were enriched for from human serum by polyethylene glycol (PEG) precipitation. Different variables of the PEG precipitation method (i.e. concentration PEG, filtration and centrifugation resuspended pellets) evaluated measuring size isolated particles dynamic light scattering (DLS) nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA). addition, a novel capillary electrophoresis-ultraviolet diode array (CE-UV-DAD) was developed to obtain characteristic multiwavelength electrophoretic profiles preparations. Using precipitated with 10% m/v background electrolyte (BGE) 0.1 M Tris 0.25 boric acid at pH 7.9 0.5% hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) allowed reducing adsorption EVs inner wall fused silica separation capillary. Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) 0.1% also necessary enhance dispersibility, while homogenizing charge improve size-dependent induced HPC. Under these optimized conditions, profile preparation standard obtained, showed excellent reproducibility appropriate times. The obtained fingerprints simple, effective complementary tool quality control

A stability indicating capillary electrophoresis method for analysis of buserelin

A simple and rapid stability indicating method based on capillary zone electrophoresis has been developed and validated for the analysis of buserelin (BUS). The best separations were achieved by using a bare fused silica capillary (75 m i.d.; 65.5 cm total, 57.0 cm effective length), phosphate buffer (pH = 3.00; 26.4 mM), at 35 °C. The sample was hydrodynamically injected at 50 mbar for 5 seco...

Evaluation of Acetonitrile Deproteinisation of the Serum Samples for the Analysis of Drugs in Serum Using Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

Deproteinisation with acetonitrile (along with methanol or other reagents) is a useful and rapid technique in analysis of drugs or their metabolites in human serum. In this paper application of this simple technique in biopharmaceutical analysis using capillary electrophoresis (CE) is evaluated. Some drugs with different ionic and protein binding properties were selected and dissolved in human ...
