چکیده

Valve positioner is the core component of pneumatic control valve. A new software and hardware design scheme intelligent valve presented in this paper. The circuit composition each part introduced part. Based on it, a solution to realize HART ‘multi-point’ communication proposed research. In design, novel combined PID algorithm solve nonlinear problem caused by friction between stem packing during process. Simulation results show that method paper better than traditional fuzzy method. has certain guiding significance for development related products.
