A strain-rate cohesive fracture model of rocks based on Lennard-Jones potential

To characterize the dynamic mechanical response of rocks during initiation and propagation cracks at a high strain rate, strain-rate cohesive fracture model is established based on Lennard-Jones potential multi-scale rocks. The newly proposed explains micro-mechanism rate effect from molecular scale establishes energy function force function. First, it that arises due to change microscopic properties molecules rate.
