The moduli space of Gieseker vector bundles is a compactification on nodal curve. This has only normal-crossing singularities and it provides flat degeneration the over smooth projective We prove Torelli type theorem for curve using stable fixed rank (strictly greater than [Formula: see text]) degree such that are co-prime.
