ACADEMIC STRESS COPING STRATEGIES USING SPIRITUAL APPROACHES TO IMPROVE STUDENT RESILIENCE

Academic stress can have a significant impact on students, both their thoughts, behaviour and emotions. Therefore, resilience needs to be increased resolve problems immediately. This phenomenological research aims explore students' experiences in increasing due academic by using spiritual approach. Research informants comprised 10 students who succeeded with coping strategies The data were obtained through interviews, analyzed the Melis Huberman analysis model, then checked validity of submerging triangulation extending observations. study results show that use three approach deal stress. First is positive thinking, which always optimistic about faced. Believing every problem faced, there silver lining way out. Second, action tries solve carrying out various activities.
