چکیده
In modern production, automation of assembly processes is achieved by using industrial robots with high positioning accuracy, as well elements tactile adaptation and expensive software. The article proposes an alternative approach to solving the problem reducing cost processes. This consists production tooling in form a soft adaptive module that mounted on robot arm. proposed allows not only for compensating errors relative orientation objects, but also excludes possibility damage fragile components or objects thin protective coating chemical galvanic nature. effect due use elastic corrugated chambers structure, which, when compressed air supplied them, correct position one objects. offers description new design module, analytical dependencies calculating parameters module. results modeling are presented. main economic reduce technological equipment while maintaining ability adapt conditions process.

This study analyzes the work domain of position teaching in terms of means-end relations for the purpose of developing a practical support tool for human workers engaged in industrial robot teaching. A mechanical explanation model is introduced into the analysis to capture the force-displacement relationship inherent in and informative on the work system. The resulting models are used for the a...

We present a concept of a ubiquitous industrial robot. It has been defined to consist of technologies of artificial intelligence, ubiquitous computing, sensor network and industrial robots. The advantages compared with current intelligent robots are that they are more autonomous and they have cognitive skills. A ubiquitous robot is interoperable with all sensors, computers and other devices aro...
متن کاملDynamics simulation toolbox for industrial robot manipulators
A new robot toolbox for dynamics simulation based on MATLAB Graphical User Interface (GUI) is developed for educational purposes. It is built on the previous version named as ROBOLAB performing only the kinematics analysis of robot manipulators. The toolbox presented in this paper provides interactive real-time simulation and visualization of the industrial robot manipulator’s dynamics based on...
متن کاملAn Adaptive Impedance Controller for Robot Manipulators
A desired dynamic behavior of constrained manipulators can be achieved by means of impedance control and various implementations of fixed controllers have been proposed. In this paper, and adaptive implementation is presented as an alternative to reduce the design sensitivity due to manipulator mismatch. The adaptive controller globally achieves the impedance objective for the nonlinear dynamic...
