Abstract The value chain refers to the source of competition facilitate organizations maximize and sustain for their consumers. Value flexibility is necessary build sustainable initiatives in addressing ambiguity. In literature, there a lack framework highlight challenges flexibility. This study fills this research gap by suggesting study, thirteen potential are identified an integrated model developed.
