نویسندگان

چکیده

By eliminating the photodamage and photobleaching induced by high intensity laser fluorescent molecular, label-free scanning microscopy shows powerful capability for imaging dynamic tracing to biological tissues cells. In this review, three types of microscopies: coherent Raman scattering microscopy, second harmonic generation localized surface plasmon are discussed with their fundamentals, features recent progress. The applications these microscopies also introduced. Finally, performance is compared limitation perspectives summarized.

Label-free electrochemical biosensors for food and drug application

In food sector, there is a huge demand for rapid, reliable, user & eco-friendly biosensors to analyse the quality and safety of food products. Biosensor based methodology depends upon the recognition of a specific antigens or receptors by corresponding antibodies, aptamers or high-affinity ligands. The first scientifically commercialised sensors were the electrochemical sensors used for the ana...

Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy

Laser scanning confocal microscopy has become an invaluable tool for a wide range of investigations in the biological and medical sciences for imaging thin optical sections in living and fixed specimens ranging in thickness up to 100 micrometers. Modern instruments are equipped with 3-5 laser systems controlled by high-speed acousto-optic tunable filters (AOTFs), which allow very precise regula...

Confocal laser scanning microscopy.

Many technological advancements of the past decade have contributed to improvements in the photon efficiency of the confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM). The resolution of images from the new generation of CLSMs is approaching that achieved by the microscope itself because of continued development in digital imaging methods, laser technology and the availability of brighter and more photos...

Laplace field microscopy for label-free imaging of dynamic biological structures.

We present Laplace field microscopy as a method for generating intrinsic contrast of transparent specimens. This technique uses a spatial light modulator to perform the Laplacian of the field in the Fourier plane of a microscope image. The resulting image incorporates phase information and thus renders high contrast images from phase objects. We demonstrate the potential of the method by imagin...

Label-free second-harmonic phase imaging of biological specimen by digital holographic microscopy.

We have previously developed a new way for nonscanning second-harmonic generation (SHG) microscopy [Opt. Lett. 34, 2450 (2009)]. Based on digital holography, this technique captures, in single-shot hologram acquisition, both the amplitude and the phase of a coherent SHG radiation, which makes possible second harmonic phase microscopy. In this work, we present holographic SHG phase microscopy of...
