چکیده
With the development of economy and improvement people’s living standard, landfill leachate has been increasing year by with increase in municipal solid waste output. How to treat high efficiency low consumption become a major problem, because its ammonia nitrogen organic matter content, carbon ratio difficult degradation. In order provide reference for future engineering application treatment, this paper mainly reviews biological treatment methods leachate, which focuses on comparison removal processes combined microorganisms, ecology technology direct microorganisms. addition, mechanism factors affecting microbial activity during process are also described. It is concluded that microorganisms have higher compared For example, based anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) can reach more than 99%. Therefore, should be paid attention to, improved from aspects considering activity.

Nitrogen Removal from Landfill Leachate by Microalgae
Landfill leachates result from the degradation of solid residues in sanitary landfills, thus presenting a high variability in terms of composition. Normally, these effluents are characterized by high ammoniacal-nitrogen (N-NH₄⁺) concentrations, high chemical oxygen demands and low phosphorus concentrations. The development of effective treatment strategies becomes difficult, posing a serious pr...
متن کاملNitrogen Removal from Landfill Leachate via the Nitrite Route
The feasibility of removing nitrogen from mature landfill leachate using the nitrite route was investigated in a two-stage SBR system – (1 first stage, short-cut nitrification; second stage, denitrification via nitrite. With a volumetric exchange rate (n) of 0.3 d and an oxygen concentration of between 1.2 and 1.3 mg/L, the nitrite accumulation ratio – (NO2-N)×100/(NOx-N)% – was between 32% and...
متن کاملRemoval of Ammoniacal-Nitrogen Removal From an Artificial Landfill Leachate in Downflow Reed Beds
The fate of ammoniacal-nitrogen (NH4-N) was studied in a lab-scale downflow reed bed system treating an artificial landfill leachate. Individual reed beds were submerged by the leachate, then drained and rinsed by tap water. It was discovered that NH4-N was removed by a two-staged process, adsorption onto the reed bed media followed by nitrification into nitrite-nitrogen (NO2-N) and nitrate-nit...

متن کاملAerobic biological treatment of landfill leachate
There is an ongoing need to treat leachates from landfills using approaches that avoid expensive installation and operating costs. Faced with such a problem, Powys County Council (Wales, UK) developed a treatment system based on practical experience. Leachate was re-circulated through aeration towers containing a biofilm supported on plastic media before being polished in reed/filter beds. Inve...
