The role of ecology within political remains an on-going discussion. A range methodological approaches characterize research, including political-economic analyses, historical ethnography and discourse analusis. In the field general scientific knowledge, speech is traditionally considered as one global problems. To this day, since antiquity, language, word remain comprehensively studied direction that intensively analyzes problems communication pragmalinguistics. main task pragmalinguistics to study language in its pragmatic function a means influence. most important tool for influencing consciousness language.
