AlGaInP optical source integrated with fiber links and silicon avalanche photo detectors in fiber optic systems

چکیده

This study has clarified aluminium gallium indium phosphide (AlGaInP) optical source integrated with fiber links and silicon avalanche photodetectors in optic systems. The output spectral power, rise time, signal frequency resonance for AlGaInP laser diode. diode power resonance/signal frequencies versus injection current ambient temperatures are sketched. silica doped germanium link pulse broadening the bandwidth investigated against temperature variations. per noise ratio is related to Q value bit error rate (BER) at receiving point (Si photodetector (APD)) sketched temperature.
