Introduction. A necessary condition for raising and improving the economic situation in Ukraine is improvement of management structure organization, introduction modern methods, namely strategic management. In today's unstable conditions business, it very important to understand purpose one's existence clarity establishing further actions according plan, because often most companies are forced close down their activities. It this that a development strategy developed implemented long-term perspective effective functioning enterprise. If we take into account complexity managing company, there need develop use scientifically based technologies, as well mechanisms motivate takes directions. The paper selection analysis number alternatives business development. Results. company's set its main tasks ways achieving goals. each enterprise includes three stages formation process: general organization formed; competition being functions defined. stability concentration on current areas entrepreneurial activity support. growth kind expansion by capturing or appropriating new markets. production mainly focused decisions related capacities. Marketing consists defining some goods, services offers market. financial forecast indicators plan. Conclusion. process formation, criterion choosing should be direction which has good prospects. avoid building taking types activities was engaged little not at all. other words, correspond strengths weaknesses competitive capabilities.
