AN APPLICATION ON THE MOST SUITABLE SUPPLIER SELECTION WITH FUZZY TOPSIS AND FUZZY VIKOR METHODS

In today's increasing competitive situations companies need dynamic strategies to survive. Strategic relations with suppliers are undoubtedly at the top of these strategies. Any problems that may occur will cause serious difficulties during production process company. Therefore, should determine their in best way and establish long-term relationships. this study, an application was conducted on supplier selection a food company considering multiple criteria decision-making methodology. To achieve aim, five different were determined by purchasing department managers they evaluated concerning criteria. Fuzzy TOPSIS methodology proposed decide supplier.
