In recent years, due to the slowdown of global economy and instability stock market real estate market, art has gradually become third-largest investment after former two. As more funds flow into two seemingly unrelated industries, art, finance have increasingly close cooperation growing prosperity market. a very important part process financialization, development banks also received extensive attention from all walks life. addition, blockchain, as technology jointly maintain reliable databases through trustlessness decentralization, grown rapidly in is applied various fields. The advantages blockchain are anonymity, immutability, traceability stored information. proposed scheme applies characteristics Art Bank’s rental system, will following advantages: use Hyperledger technology, being merged an alliance, information among alliance members shared, which convenient for tenants comprehensively query single item. Using environment where there no central authority, under premise preventing tampering artwork-related information, ensures that detailed artwork shared. Traditional leasing agreements can be compiled smart contract contracts automatically run manipulate data. protocol satisfies security requirements: identities’ mutual authentication, non-repudiation between every parties, other major requirements based on blockchain. When dispute arises, our arbitration mechanism clarify responsibilities.
