An empirical modeling of transformation process through trip experiences

چکیده
Transformative experience has been the buzzword in recent years. Tourism and hospitality experiences natural, historical, cultural, authentic spaces are some of them. However, to this date, specific dimensions transformation or its process have not empirically identified. This study reviewed literature on transformation, used open-ended questions collect free-elicited responses meanings collected expert opinion, developed a 101-item scale reflecting different steps process. The was validated with sequential validation procedure; Principal Component Analysis (PCA) Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) were test psychometric properties model constructs A measurable definition is provided along tested model. comprehensive antecedents, outcomes, moderators also suggested further research.
