An Energy-Based Complex Brain Network Model—Part 1: Local Electrophysiological Dynamics

چکیده
The human brain is a complex network of connected neurons whose dynamics are difficult to describe. Brain the global manifestation individual neuron and synaptic coupling between neurons. Membrane potential function electrophysiological coupling, with parameters postsynaptic potential, action ion pump dynamics. By modelling using physical laws time evolution membrane energy, can be described. This local depiction scaled up describe mesoscopic macroscopic hierarchical complexity in brain. Modelling results favorably compared physiological observation physically acquired profiles as reported literature.

Intelligent identification of vehicle’s dynamics based on local model network
This paper proposes an intelligent approach for dynamic identification of the vehicles. The proposed approach is based on the data-driven identification and uses a high-performance local model network (LMN) for estimation of the vehicle’s longitudinal velocity, lateral acceleration and yaw rate. The proposed LMN requires no pre-defined standard vehicle model and uses measurement data to identif...
متن کاملLocal Network Effects and Complex Network Structure
This paper presents a model of local network effects in which agents connected in a social network each value the adoption of a product by a heterogeneous subset of other agents in their neighborhood, and have incomplete information about the structure and strength of adoption complementarities between all other agents. I show that the symmetric Bayes-Nash equilibria of this network game are in...
متن کاملComplex Networks and Dynamics of an Information Network Model
Networks have become the key to uncover the patterns of interactions in man-made structures and in complex systems in nature. The internet, the proteins in our cells and the web-pages we daily browse form networks. Despite their widely different origins the networks have many interesting features in common. We need a better understanding of both man-made structures, like the internet, and of ne...
متن کاملAn Adaptive Complex Network Model for Brain Functional Networks
Brain functional networks are graph representations of activity in the brain, where the vertices represent anatomical regions and the edges their functional connectivity. These networks present a robust small world topological structure, characterized by highly integrated modules connected sparsely by long range links. Recent studies showed that other topological properties such as the degree d...
متن کاملBrain Network Dynamics Underlying Visuospatial Judgment: An fMRI Connectivity Study
Previous functional imaging research has consistently indicated involvement of bilateral fronto-parietal networks during the execution of visuospatial tasks. Studies with TMS have suggested that the right hemispheric network, but not the left, is functionally relevant for visuospatial judgments. However, very little is still known about the interactions within these fronto-parietal networks und...
