An Enhanced Photonic-Assisted Sampling Approach for Spectrum-Sparse Signal by Compressed Sensing

چکیده

Spectrum-sparse signals are vital for wideband radars and wireless communication applications. A high-speed analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with the capacities of tens gigahertz sampling rates is often required to acquire these signals. In this work, an enhanced photonic-assisted approach combination time-interleaved ADC compressed sensing techniques presented, which enables measured signal be reconstructed through very few samples by utilizing sparsity spectrum-spare signal. An ultrahigh spectral resolution Fourier dictionary introduced suppress spectrum leakage obtain actual sparse expression spectrum-sparse Moreover, a layered tracking orthogonal matching pursuit recovery algorithm employed reduce computational complexity enhance processing speed. The performance proposed has been investigated via simulations laboratory experiments varying applied over 100 times. experimental result demonstrated that can capture blind-frequency at equivalent rate 1 GS/s four parallel ADCs 50 MS/s. It proven achieves ~5 times higher than conventional PTIADC same rate. This work provides useful method acquisition in practical

A Block-Wise random sampling approach: Compressed sensing problem

The focus of this paper is to consider the compressed sensing problem. It is stated that the compressed sensing theory, under certain conditions, helps relax the Nyquist sampling theory and takes smaller samples. One of the important tasks in this theory is to carefully design measurement matrix (sampling operator). Most existing methods in the literature attempt to optimize a randomly initiali...

Interventional MRI with sparse sampling: an application of compressed sensing

INTRODUCTION In interventional MRI (I-MRI), a sequence of MR images is reconstructed in order to guide a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure where an invasive device is inserted in the body. The need for near-real-time image updates places two distinct constraints on I-MRI reconstruction: 1) high frame rate (several frames per second, depending on the application [2,3]); 2) causal reconstructio...

Sparse Representation for Blind Spectrum Sensing in Cognitive Radio: A Compressed Sensing Approach

Cognitive Radios dynamically sense the available unutilized spectrum for opportunistic transmission by secondary users (SU), when primary user (PU) is not transmitting. So rapid sensing is required under the consideration that the secondary users (SU) have to vacate the spectrum within very less time, whenever the primary user(PU) is active. Cyclo-stationary based spectrum sensing methods are b...

Robust Sparse Signal Recovery for Compressed Sensing with Sampling and Dictionary Uncertainties

Compressed sensing (CS) shows that a signal having a sparse or compressible representation can be recovered from a small set of linear measurements. In classical CS theory, the sampling matrix and dictionary are assumed be known exactly in advance. However, uncertainties exist due to sampling distortion, finite grids of the parameter space of dictionary, etc. In this paper, we take a generalize...
