An entrepreneurial framework for value co-creation in servitization

چکیده

The importance of value co-creation in servitization is increasingly emphasized but remains largely unexplored from the entrepreneurship theoretical perspective. This study develops an entrepreneurial framework for by conducting a qualitative case with middle managers multinational industrial company. empirical findings suggest that facilitates discovery and creation service opportunities through managers' actions, is, boundary spanning bricolage. We also find reinforces exploitation or exploration opportunities. not only offers new knowledge on mutual influence between servitization, discusses as individual level actors co-creation. In addition, this acts call frameworks research servitization.
