An evaluation of factors influencing the vulnerability of emergency logistics supply chains

چکیده

Emergency logistics supply chains (ELSC) can help to restore normal activities in disaster-affected areas, thus helping increase the resilience of communities. In order develop resilient there needs be an analysis factors affecting vulnerability chains. this study, interlinkages between 15 found influence both within and outside ELSC were analysed through D- Decision Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (D-DEMATEL)-Adversarial Interpretive Structure Model (AISM) modelling techniques. The results show that coordination cooperation, information communication mechanisms, organisational operating environment are among most important factors, based on AISM hierarchy. This study will policy makers effectively identify vulnerabilities emergency stronger strategies build more thereby reduce losses society caused by disasters.
