AN EXAMINATION OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: DIFFERENCES BETWEEN LOCAL AND FOREIGN CUSTOMERS

چکیده
This study aims to provide a comparative analysis of local and foreign customers’ evaluation on their perception, perceived value, customer satisfaction toward Gojek mobile application. Data was obtained by spreading the online questionnaire 200 samples customers. By using quantitative method Independent Sample T-test, reveals that customers share different application, perception service quality, price trust, which lead as well. Instead, value intention use, quality service, ease usefulness has no difference between However, even they have shared nearly same sense higher in whole examination compared customers.
