An experimental and theoretical examination of pine woods dried in the vacuum dryer by artificial neural network

The drying characteristics of the pine woods were examined in vacuum system under different operating conditions. Three temperatures (40, 50 and 60 ◦C), three pressures (0.6, 0.7 0.8 bar) times exposure to (5, 10 15 minutes) investigated. Experiments carried out obtain data from sample moisture content. In this study, application Artificial Neural Network (ANN) estimate woods' content (output parameters for ANN modeling) was examined. Drying time, temperature, relative humidity, pressure air temperature accepted as input model. Training validation performed with great accuracy. is formulated by method. proposed method offers more flexibility; therefore, determination quite simpler.
