Cold weather conditions pose significant challenges to the performance and durability of concrete materials, construction processes, structures. This paper aims provide a comprehensive overview material-related in cold construction, including slow setting, reduced curing rate, slower strength development, as well frost damage, early freezing, freeze–thaw actions. Various innovative materials technologies may be implemented address these challenges, such optimizing mix proportions, chemical admixtures, supplementary cementitious advanced techniques. The also examines impact weather-related for personnel, equipment, machinery environments highlights importance effective planning, communication, management strategies. Results indicate that successful implementation appropriate strategies can mitigate reduce time, enhance performance, durability, sustainability structures freezing temperatures. emphasizes staying updated about latest advancements best practices field.
