Analog Feedback Communication System with Receive Diversity and MRC

This study investigates the analog feedback communication system (AFCS) architecture considering Rayleigh fading channel model and receive diversity maximum ratio combining (MRC). employs a power-efficient transmitting unit, an estimator at receiver side iterative algorithm that minimizes mean square error (MSE). Using channel, estimated received sample is fed back to transmitter. The performance of AFCS with evaluated using MSE optimization. investigation revealed when compared single input output system, diversity-enabled achieves negligible in fewer iterations. order 10 −3 achieved by 6 antennas MRC only 4 iterations 0dB signal-to-noise (SNR), requires more than achieve same MSE.
