Analysis of a Heterogeneous Queuing Model with Intermittently Obtainable Servers under a Hybrid Vacation Schedule

This paper investigates the concept of a Markovian queueing model with heterogeneous, intermittently available servers feedback under hybrid vacation policy. Both asymmetric transition representation and policy are addressed in this article. The necessary sufficient conditions for system stability presented. In addition, steady-state probability distribution was derived by employing matrix geometric method. Furthermore, few formulae were constructed to determine model’s performance indicators. Finally, influence parameters also investigated using some numerical examples.
