Regression analysis can develop unit hydrograph modeling by approaching the peak discharge (Qp) and time to (Tp) parameters. The main aim of this study is design a model based on watershed shape factors. watersheds used in are Bontojai Watershed, Jonggoa Kampili Maccini Sombala Jenelata which have slopes criteria below 10% complete recorded data Automatic Water Level Recorder (AWLR) Rainfall (ARR). validation results corrected produce Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). Then, was conducted regression validated with observed hydrographs. indicate that coefficient determination R2 0.963. It means independent variable (x), namely area watershed, length river, factor influences 96.3%
