Analysis of Single-Diode PV Model and Optimized MPPT Model for Different Environmental Conditions

The performance of photovoltaic (PV) systems must be predicted through accurate simulation designs before proceeding to a real-time application avoid errors. However, predicting the cohesive relationship between current and voltage estimating parameters single diode model become perplexing task due insufficient data in datasheet PV panels. This research work presents single-diode solar system analysis under different conditions, is improved by introducing an optimization-based maximum power point tracking (MPPT) strategy. Before simulation, mathematical for optimization approaches are presented this work. Particle swarm (PSO), genetic algorithm (GA), BAT optimization, grey wolf (GWO) model-based MPPT circuits designed, performances comparatively analyzed. results identify nonlinear as characteristic curves temperature irradiance values. For (Pmax), peak efficiency analyzed verify system. demonstrate that GWO obtains (TE) 98%, which much better than other techniques.
