Analysis of teacher performance to build student interest and motivation towards mathematics achievement

<span>The purpose of this study was to determine the impact and categories teacher performance in building student interest motivation on mathematics achievement. The population students eighth grade junior high schools from six public two private schools, a sample 277 taken by cluster sampling. Data collection instruments used questionnaire, data analysis done using descriptive path analysis. results showed that partially, significantly affected excel at mathematics. Simultaneously, is very significant influencing be excellent Partially, builds for achievement low category. Both these can caused ability teachers build not good, so are also less interested motivated learn mathematics.</span>
