Analysis of the Correlations Between Visual Mathematics Literacy Perceptions, Reasoning Skills on Geometric Shapes and Geometry Performances of Pre-Service Mathematics Teachers

In the study, correlations between visual mathematics literacy perceptions, reasoning skills on geometrical shapes and performances of pre-service teachers were investigated. The study participants included 384 teachers, who attending education departments in two universities located Eastern Southeastern Anatolia regions Turkey. due to time workforce limitations, convenience sampling method was preferred, relational screening model adopted. data collected with perception scale, geometric geometry performance tests developed by authors. Analysis correlation variables demonstrated that there a moderate both performance, high performance.
