The Bandar Khalipah train station is a class B which located very close to residential areas. This has an impact on the noise level that occurs in area. study aims analyze using sound meter (SLM) and effect of operating time levels. research method was carried out experimentally. Where measured SLM at distance 1.5 meters from location parallel adult's ear, namely meters. Measurements were taken as much 14 arrivals departures during week. result obtained departure 98.4 dB greater than arrival 97.7 dB. because produced by engine due combustion process requires air heat, resulting smoke gas chimney.
