Analytic expressions for the isosteric heat of adsorption from adsorption isotherm models and two‐dimensional <scp>SAFT‐VR</scp> equation of state

The isosteric heat of adsorption is an important thermodynamic property used to characterize and optimize processes. In this work, analytic expressions for heats are derived a collection commonly isotherm models two-dimensional molecular equation state based on the SAFT-VR approach. use these presented with example nitrous oxide, N2O, biochar, which waste biomass charcoal that exhibits high potential. results show accurate fitting isotherms leads consistent obtained different approaches; however, predicted strong variations in regions where experimental data insufficient such region low pressure/low coverage. Convergence prediction by only observed no extrapolation needed.
