Anatomic Variation of Type III Right Testicular Venous Drainage: A Case Report

نویسندگان

چکیده

The testicular vein exhibits variations in number, course, and insertion. Such differences may enhance the risk of varicocele complication patients by impairing drainage. following is a case report abnormal drainage right (RTV) draining into renal (RRV). incidence, insertion, termination angle veins were measured with 150 mm digital Vernier dial microcaliper, photographs taken Canon EOS 70D using 100mm macro lens. In one out seven cadavers (14.28%), drained (RRV) (Type III) rather than inferior vena cava (IVC) at 90° 0.4 cm from IVC. double (medial lateral) left (LTV) (LRV) 62° 5 understanding type III RTV or course can provide crucial data for surgeons order to prevent complications during right-sided surgery.

Variant drainage of right testicular vein- a case report

The testicular vein drains into inferior vena cava on the right side and left renal vein on the left side(stranding). Variation of the right gonadal vein draining in the right renal vein is reported by only a few authors as compared to the left side. Bergman found this variation in 1.5 %( 4 out of 220 cases) [1]. The knowledge of the normal as well as variation of the testicular vessels has its...

Report of a Variation of the Right Common Carotid Artery

Carotid artery is the most important artery that carries the major part of the blood supply to the head and neck. The branching of the common carotid artery usually occurs at the upper edge of the thyroid cartilage. The placement of carotid sinus has also increased its importance in this area. Considering the clinical importance of knowledge about carotid artery variations, this case is reporte...

A Case Report of Renal Artery Variation

Awareness of the presence of the accessory renal artery in kidney transplant, treatment of renal artery stenosis, clinical assessment of renal vascular hypertension, radiology and angiography interventions is very helpful. In 30% of cases the accessory renal artery is separated from the abdominal aorta and in most cases, this artery along with the main artery entered to the kidney through t...

Venous Communication Between the Right and Left Kidneys: A Rare Anatomic Variation

Renal vascular anatomic variations, especially of the renal arteries, have been observed in about 20-30% of cases, which are very often verified in the left antimere. These variations showed two or three renal arteries stemming directly from the aorta. These anatomic variations have been considered extremely important risk factors in surgical proceedings by different authors. The dissection of ...
