Android-Based Digital Library Application Development

Digital technology has enabled the dissemination of all types information, replacing traditional formats with automated systems. As a result development digital technology, library also entered new era, which is then called era. considered as one form modern where dependence will be on in conversion information and data to achieve greater effectiveness efficiency storing processing transmitting it. Therefore, purpose this study develop an Android-Based Library Application at Department Education Management, State University Surabaya. This uses research method proposed by Borg Gall applying nine stages. The results indicate that Management Department, Surabaya been successfully implemented trial getting average percentage above 80% included very feasible category implemented. Even so, evaluation monitoring must continue carried out prevent errors or problems may occur, well material developing Application.
