Antecedents of Members’ Trust Propensity and Its Impact on Self-Disclosure Intention in Mobile-Based Online Dating Apps

To examine users’ intention to disclose detailed information on Mobile-Based Online Dating Apps (MBODAs), we adapted Privacy Calculus Theory (PCT) develop our research model. We posited perceived members’ trust propensity as a central factor connecting its antecedents with self-disclosure intention. a) the impact of benefit, risk, electronic word mouth (eWOM), and prior experience propensity, b) toward Analysis MBODA responses indicates that benefit has positive effect while risk negative effect. Members’ positively influences propensity; however, eWOM does not show any propensity. Finally, is associated disclosure Implications along limitations future directions are discussed.
