Green tea leaves contain lots of polyphenols and antioxidants that can reduce cell damage prevent premature aging. extract is made in gel preparation to make it easier use increase convenience. HPMC base with propylene glycol additives drug release penetration into the skin. This study aims optimize levels green formulations using D-optimal method calculate total Franz diffusion method. The produced by infundation. was formulated varying manufacturing process. Each evaluated for its physical properties, namely viscosity test, pH dispersion test. properties data obtained were then analyzed Design-Expert software mixture design program obtain optimum formula. formula a concentration 6% 17% resulting best correlation between viscosity, dispersion, pH, desirability value 0.921. In preparation, 8.00 GAE/g sample, content released at 360 min. 3.30 sample.
